Using the website, contacting ICONIQ, or submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client, lender-borrower, broker-client, or fiduciary relationship.

No guarantees

ICONIQ does not guarantee a foreclosure will be postponed or stopped, a lender will approve any option, a property will sell, any particular price or net proceeds will be achieved, a credit outcome will occur, surplus funds exist, a claim will be approved, or any recovery amount or timeline.

Third-party professionals and resources

ICONIQ may recommend that a user contact a lender, housing counselor, attorney, title professional, real-estate professional, tax professional, or other third party. Those parties are responsible for their own services and advice.

User information

You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit passwords, full Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials through general website forms.

Jurisdiction and availability

Services, fee structures, assignments, court procedures, and required professional involvement vary by state and matter. Website availability does not mean a service is offered or legally available in every jurisdiction.
